Terms of Service

Last updated: May 6, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Androxa website (testing-lab.ca) or submitting samples for testing through our network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Androxa is a multi-laboratory services portal providing analytical chemistry, microbiology, stability, and regulatory consulting services for pharmaceutical CROs, CMOs, NHP brands, and cosmetic manufacturers across Canada. Testing is performed by accredited laboratories within our coordinated network.

Testing results apply only to the specific samples submitted. Results do not constitute a guarantee of ongoing product compliance or safety for any product batch not tested through Androxa.

3. Certificates of Analysis

Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) issued through the Androxa network are based on the specific samples received. Clients are responsible for accurate sample labelling and representation. Androxa is not liable for results arising from mislabelled or misrepresented samples.

4. Turnaround Times

Quoted turnaround times begin upon receipt and acceptance of samples by the assigned laboratory. Androxa will notify clients of any delays. Rush options are available subject to laboratory capacity.

5. Confidentiality

All client samples, formulations, and testing results are treated as strictly confidential. Androxa and its network partners will not disclose client-specific data to third parties without written consent, except as required by law, accreditation body audit, or Health Canada inspection.

6. Payment

Payment is due per the agreed quote, in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified. Invoices are issued upon project completion unless otherwise agreed. Disputed invoices must be raised within 7 days of receipt.

7. Limitation of Liability

Androxa's liability in connection with any testing service is limited to the fees paid for that specific service. Androxa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or reliance on test results, including regulatory actions, product recalls, or commercial losses.

8. Regulatory Disclaimer

Testing results provided through Androxa are intended as analytical data for quality control and regulatory submission support. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their products comply with all applicable Health Canada, Natural Health Products Regulations, Food and Drug Regulations, and provincial requirements. Androxa does not provide legal advice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website β€” including text, images, logos, and service descriptions β€” is the property of Androxa and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable province in which the contracting laboratory is located. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate Canadian courts.

11. Changes to Terms

Androxa may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
